Here’s the deal—I grew up in the 1980s—you know—the golden age of metal---when BIG hair, spandex, stage shows and arena rock ruled and guitar gods were everywhere. To a large degree—“who I am” was shaped by that time period and that music… I cut my guitar playing teeth on that stuff – it’s pretty obvious when you listen to my music! Long-story-short---I surrendered my life to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior in 1987—and from day on—I’ve rocked just has hard as ever---but I’ve done it with a different motivation---to honor God and praise Him for the way He has changed my life for the better! One of my favorite fan notes came from a guy named Kelly Horne in Minnesota, "I'm so glad I discovered you-wow! A Pastor that knows how to ROCK!" By the way—Yes, I really am a pastor.
